## About the role

As a key member of Hadrian's recruiting team, you will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver on high-priority hiring needs across multiple functions, including engineering, manufacturing, and G&A. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, giving you the autonomy to design and execute sourcing strategies that directly fuel Hadrian’s mission. You will build and manage talent pipelines, surface hard-to-find candidates, and ensure a world-class experience at every stage of the process.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting, ideally for technical or hard-to-fill roles
- Proven success partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to refine role requirements and deliver strong candidate pipelines
- Familiarity with automation tools, sourcing platforms, and data-driven approaches to streamline recruiting processes
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, improve hiring outcomes, and create a best-in-class candidate experience
- Working knowledge of technical skill sets relevant to engineering and adjacent functions
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to uncover candidate motivations and ensure long-term fit
