## About the role

As an IT Systems Administrator at our Torrance HQ, your week swings between three things: writing automation, running AV for company events, and picking up escalated service desk work. You are equally at home in a code editor, at the back of an all-hands running the show, and in a Jira ticket that no one else could crack.

## What they're looking for

- 5 or more years in IT, with real time as both a systems admin and an AV owner
- Hands-on live AV production. You have run all-hands, large team meetings, or podcasts end to end
- Deep experience with Microsoft Teams. GCC High experience is a plus. Working experience with Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms is welcome
- Comfort with conference room gear: Logitech, Crestron, Q-SYS, and similar. You can troubleshoot a room without a manual
- Strong scripting or coding skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar
- Working knowledge of ITSM platforms and ITSM automation. You have built or tuned real workflows, not just used them
