## About the role

Build and own Hadrian's end-to-end manufacturing security strategy and architecture . Secure OT/ICS environments across factories, including network segmentation, industrial monitoring, identity/access, and asset security.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years across OT/ICS, embedded/product security, manufacturing, or supply chain security , including meaningful hands-on ownership
- Deep knowledge of industrial environments including PLCs, SCADA/DCS, HMIs, RTUs, and industrial protocols
- Experience with standards such as IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82
- Strong understanding of embedded/firmware security and hardware security
- Ability to build a security program from the ground up and operate effectively across both technical and executive teams
- Defense, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, robotics, or critical infrastructure experience is highly preferred
