## About the role

The Training Specialist - Welding owns welding training at their site. You will teach technicians to weld to a written standard across TIG, MIG and mechanized processes, run the evaluations that confirm they are ready, and keep the training records and documentation that the program is audited against. ## What they're looking for

- Experience in multiple welding disciplines, including TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW) and mechanized welding
- 3+ years in a training, instructing or teaching role focused on entry-level individual contributors
- At least 1 year welding in a production environment
- Proven ability to train people from entry level to mid level to weld to a written standard
- Openness to learning new processes and methods, and to reteaching as they change
- Comfort working with software to record training, evaluations and qualifications
