## What they're looking for

- Hands-on experience in manufacturing or mechanical engineering
- Basic CAD skills (SolidWorks, Onshape, or similar)
- Comfortable doing physical work, including setup, assembly, and post-processing
- Currently studying engineering or a related field
- Prior work on manufacturing processes, fixturing, robotics, mechatronics, or general hardware projects
- Exposure to design for manufacturability, process validation, or production scale-up
