## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years with a Bachelor’s or 3+ years with a Master’s degree
- Hands-on experience with PCBAs, wire harnesses, mechanical assembly, hardware bring-up, and functional/end-of-line testing
- Proficiency with electrical debug tools, CAD/drawings, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and statistical process qualification methods
- Demonstrated structured problem solving and effective collaboration across design, quality, test, automation, and production teams
- Experience with PCBA manufacturing processes such as SMT, reflow, conformal coating, potting, and rework
