- Proven ability to follow structured procedures with a high level of precision and consistency
- Comfortable working in VR environments and performing physically active tasks throughout the workday
- Able to stand and remain active for extended periods during a shift
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear operational equipment weighing up to 30 lbs
- Must be between 5'5" and 6'0" to safely operate required VR equipment
- Experience supporting robotics, autonomous systems, or AI data collection programs
