- 7+ years of recruiting coordination experience, including scheduling for executive or high-volume roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-participant interview schedules without errors
- Experience with an applicant tracking system as the system of record for hiring
- Proven track record of being the escalation point for a coordination or operations team
- Experience in Ashby
- Experience in implementing scheduling automation or workflow tooling, such as ATS integrations or no-code automations
