## About the role

HappyRobot is growing quickly, and the Workplace team is responsible for making sure our physical environments scale in step with that growth. The Head of Workplace Services will own HappyRobot’s workplace strategy and operations end to end, from real estate and office build-outs to the day-to-day systems that keep our spaces running smoothly. This role blends strategy and hands-on execution in equal measure.

## What they're looking for

- Experience leading workplace, facilities, or real estate operations at a high-growth company
- A track record of managing lease negotiations, vendor relationships, and office build-outs
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience building and scaling a team
- Comfort moving between long-term strategic planning and hands-on, tactical execution
- Strong project management and vendor management skills, with an eye for detail
- A bias toward action and a willingness to solve problems directly, regardless of whether they fall neatly within scope
