## About the role

As Technical Recruiting Manager, you will lead and scale our technical hiring function, partnering closely with founders and hiring managers to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent across engineering, product, data, and operations teams. You'll own recruiting strategy, drive hiring excellence, and build the processes, systems, and talent pipelines needed to support rapid company growth. Lead the end-to-end recruiting function for technical and business-critical roles
