## About the role

The Corporate Legal Intern will support Harbinger’s General Counsel & Legal Team in handling a wide range of legal and business matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, intellectual property, and government affairs. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-paced startup in the electric vehicle (EV) industry while working closely with a dynamic and cross-functional team.

## What they're looking for

- Duration: 8 weeks for quarter or 15 weeks for semester (January 11 to April 30 OR January 11 to March 12)
- Relocation Support: A $1,000 relocation stipend is available for interns currently residing more than 50 miles from Garden Grove, CA
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts (NDAs, supplier agreements, customer agreements, etc.)
- Conduct legal research on compliance issues and incentives relevant to the commercial EV industry
- Work on government affairs initiatives, including policy research and engagement strategies
- Support JVs, partnerships and strategic transactions, including due diligence and documentation
