## About the role

We are currently seeking an ambitious engineering student to join our Powertrain Manufacturing team. As an intern, you will support the development and manufacturing of Harbinger’s Electric Drive Unit system, including the rotor and stator. The primary responsibilities for this position will include assisting with the design and testing of production tooling and equipment, developing manufacturing standards and documentation, and supporting cross-functional process improvement efforts.

## What they're looking for

- Duration: 8 weeks for quarter or 15 weeks for semester (January 11 to April 30 OR January 11 to March 12)
- Relocation Support: A $1,000 relocation stipend is available for interns currently residing more than 50 miles from Garden Grove, CA
- Support the development and documentation of work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
- Assist in the design, testing, and validation of new tools and equipment
- Support the continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices
