## About the role

Harbinger is seeking a NPI Project Manager, Supply Chain to drive cross-functional execution and ensure material readiness across our growing vehicle lineup, including the Electric and Plug-in Hybrid Chassis, HC Series Cab, Step Van, and Sevna Cab Chassis platforms.

## What they're looking for

- Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) programs from concept through production handoff
- Demonstrated success managing shortages and material readiness for production continuity
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain data/reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, advanced Excel)
- Strong track record leading complex, cross-functional projects, with the excellent written and verbal communication skills needed to align internal teams and suppliers
- Proven ability to operate independently, drive root-cause problem solving, and deliver results across competing priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Willingness to travel periodically to suppliers, service locations, or other operating locations as required
