## About the role

Harbinger Motors is looking for an Order Processing Admin to support our Distribution & Sales Planning team. This role is responsible for accurately processing and entering customer and dealer orders, coordinating templated email communications with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all order-related paperwork is completed, accurate, and properly filed. This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role that keeps our order pipeline moving smoothly and our records audit-ready.

- 1+ years of experience in order processing, sales/administrative support, or a similar operations role
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data entry processes
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and/or Microsoft Office
