## About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer (Electrical) with broad responsibilities across electrical and electronic assemblies. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of electrical architecture, control systems, and electronic components throughout their life cycle. This role involves collaborating with suppliers, product designers, and production teams to establish and maintain quality standards, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and drive continuous improvement. - You are energetic, passionate about electrical quality, and committed to delivering best-in-class products
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in manufacturing quality or supplier quality engineering involving automotive/EV electrical systems, wiring harnesses, PCBAs, power electronics, or equivalent products
- ASQ Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or higher, are preferred
- Proficiency in ISO 9001:2018 or IATF 16949 standards is highly desired
