## About the role

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians. Manage shift schedules, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of quality and safety. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all manufacturing processes and finished products comply with internal standards and external regulations.

## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance/control within an automotive manufacturing environment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) software and Google Workspace
- Ability to thrive and make rapid, data-driven decisions in a high-pressure automotive environment
- Confidence and authority to halt production lines or shipments if Harbinger's quality standards or safety protocols are compromised
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate effectively with supply chain, production, and engineering teams
