## About the role

We're hiring an IT Engineer to own Hark's internal IT infrastructure end-to-end. That means device management, identity and access, onboarding/offboarding, and the day-to-day support that keeps the team running. You'll be the person who makes sure everything just works — and when it doesn't, you fix it fast.

## What they're looking for

- 2–5 years of IT experience in a startup or fast-moving tech environment
- Hands-on experience with modern Mac fleet management (Kandji or Jamf)
- Familiarity with SSO and identity management (Okta or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting instincts — you can debug a broken enrollment or access issue without a runbook
- Excellent communication and a service mindset, you're the person the team trusts to get things done
- Ability to write basic scripts to automate repetitive tasks (Bash, Python, or similar)
