## About the role

The Recruiting Coordinator owns the machinery behind Hark's hiring: interview scheduling, candidate communication, our ATS, and the reporting that tells us whether the process is working. You will be the first person to touch most candidates after a recruiter does, and often the last person they see on an onsite day. The experience you create is a large part of how candidates decide whether Hark is a place they want to be.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment, startup or high-growth experience preferred
- Experience with ATS and scheduling platforms, with strong proficiency in Google Workspace and tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar systems
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without letting things fall through the cracks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a thoughtful, candidate-first approach
- Ability to prioritize effectively, move quickly, and adapt as hiring needs and schedules change
- A proactive, operational mindset — you look beyond completing tasks to identify ways to improve processes and make the team more effective
