- 3-5 years of GTM & Engineering recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong experience with people analytics and reporting, with the ability to translate workforce data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions
- An AI-Native mindset, you use AI tools to move faster and you’re actively experimenting with what’s next - Claude, ChatGTP, Gemini, etc
- Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Proven strategic and creative sourcing skills
- Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities
