## About the role

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead the Admin & Enterprise Platform Admin is how firm leaders and innovation teams set up and run Harvey inside their organizations: workflow configuration, permissions and governance, and visibility into how the product is being used. These are the people who decide whether Harvey stays at an account, and Admin is where they see what they're getting from it.

## What they're looking for

- 8-10+ years in Product Design, with 5+ years directly managing product designers
- Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products
- A strong portfolio showing leadership of complex products from concept through launch, with clear impact on users and the business
- Ideal experience in building B2B enterprise products
- Fluency with AI tooling in your own practice, and a real opinion about how it changes design work
- Proven experience leading design strategy and execution alongside Product and Engineering
