## About the role

HavocAI is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a key leader within the finance organization and strategic partner to the CFO and executive team. The VP of Finance will own financial planning and performance management, help shape the company’s financial strategy, lead critical strategic initiatives, and play a significant role in investor relations. This role will be responsible for ensuring HavocAI has the financial visibility, discipline, systems, and processes required to support continued growth.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience, including 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading finance within a high-growth technology or similarly complex organization
- Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial modeling
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect financial performance to underlying operational drivers
- Exceptional ability to translate complex financial information into compelling, executive-level insights and recommendations
