## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in business operations, pricing, go-to-market and/or business strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to assess markets, synthesize research, and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional analytical skills in building market/customer segmentations that drive packaging insights
- Demonstrated Experience developing pricing models, business cases, and/or commercial assessments
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
