## About the role

Support the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and registration statements. Assist with researching technical accounting matters and drafting accounting memos and supporting documentation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 6+ years of accounting and SEC reporting experience, including public company exposure
- Demonstrated technical expertise, including strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, consolidations, and SOX compliance requirements
