## About the role

We're hiring a Staff/Principal PM to own the most foundational problem on the team: building the data layer that makes every Headway patient legible — what clinical segment they're in, what outcomes we should expect for them, and what their care costs relative to alternatives. Today, that infrastructure doesn't exist. We have PROMs data and growing claims visibility, but we can't yet answer the questions that matter most to payers: Is it working? Is it worth it? This role exists to change that.
