Pivot Health, a Healthcare.com company, is looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager to help grow and strengthen our network of agency and agent partners.

## What they're looking for

- You have 3+ years of experience in account management, partner development, sales, or insurance operations, ideally within a B2B insurance distribution model
- You understand the individual health insurance market, particularly under-65 products, and are comfortable working with brokers, agencies, agents, and uplines
- You’re commercially minded and motivated by growth. You don’t just maintain accounts, you look for opportunities to increase engagement, production, and long-term value
- You’re a strong relationship builder who can earn credibility with partners, have productive business conversations, and confidently navigate challenges
- You’re comfortable presenting and training, whether you’re sitting across the table from an agency partner or speaking to a larger group at an industry event
- You use data to understand what’s happening within your accounts and turn those insights into action
