## About the role

We're hiring a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of our data warehouse and analytics platform — critical systems that give enterprise customers direct access to their own data and power reporting for every team inside Healthie.

## What they're looking for

- You have 6+ years of engineering experience spanning data and infrastructure
- You're proficient in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL and Snowflake preferred)
- You've operated a production data pipeline you didn't build, diagnosing CDC failures, schema drift, and bad upstream values while customers are watching
- You're fluent in Terraform or similar IaC, and you'd rather codify a provisioning step than run it twice
- You've partnered with non-engineering teams to turn ambiguous reporting asks into models they'll actually use
- You're comfortable automating in a scripting language — we use Ruby and SQL. Deep application backend experience isn't required
