## About the role

We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent team and play a critical role in scaling Healthie during our next phase of growth. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll serve as a senior talent acquisition leader responsible for driving hiring outcomes across the organization. You'll own complex, high-volume recruiting efforts, manage multiple critical searches simultaneously, and partner directly with senior leaders to influence workforce planning, hiring strategy, and talent market intelligence.

## What they're looking for

- Required: You have 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within high volume, high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with a strong focus on quality, execution, and speed
- Required: You bring experience partnering with senior business leaders to define hiring strategies, build interview processes, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences across multiple functions
- Required : You are a strong sourcing and relationship-building expert, with a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and converting top business talent in competitive markets
- Nice-to-have: Have experience recruiting in the healthcare or healthtech space, with an understanding of mission-driven teams and HIPAA-compliant environments
- You are comfortable supporting technical hiring (Engineering, Product, or Data) and Business hiring - collaborating with those teams to ensure alignment on role requirements and candidate quality
- Operate with self-sufficiency and ownership, proactively driving results without waiting for direction. This role offers a great deal of autonomy
