## About the role

Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, the #1 cause of death worldwide, using cutting-edge technology. The flagship product—an AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac test supported by the ACC/AHA Chest Pain Guidelines called the Heartflow FFR CT Analysis—provides a color-coded, 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries indicating the impact blockages have on blood flow to the heart.

## What they're looking for

- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills are essential
- Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships with consumer-facing health, wearables, or physician-network organizations, with quantifiable business impact
- Experience building or leading a sales or sales-management organization, including hiring, coaching, and performance management of sales leaders (not only individual contributors)
- Fluency with cash-pay, direct-to-consumer, or hybrid-coverage commercial models in healthcare, and comfort operating where reimbursement is still evolving
- A strategic, execution-oriented leader who can navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and operate equally well as a dealmaker and a people leader
- 12+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in medical device, digital health, diagnostics, or consumer health/wearables, including direct partnership, sales-leadership, or P&L accountability
