## About the role

We’re looking for an Applied AI Specialist to help healthcare practices turn AI adoption into measurable clinical and operational value. As part of Heidi’s US Applied AI team, you’ll independently manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers within a specialty-focused pod, building trusted relationships with executives, clinicians, and operational leaders.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as management consulting, sales, account management, private equity, or a GTM or operations role at a technology company
- Experience independently managing customer relationships or workstreams, with evidence of delivering measurable business outcomes
- A relationship-led commercial approach, with the initiative to identify growth opportunities and the discipline to follow through
- Strong product intuition and the ability to learn, apply, and explain AI technologies in real customer workflows
- Technical fluency to understand implementation requirements, resolve common product questions, and collaborate effectively with Clinical Engineers
- Experience building business cases that connect product capabilities to customer priorities and measurable value
