## About the role

We are seeking a Director of Growth to own demand generation across North America . In this role, you will build and execute strategic programs designed to generate high-quality sales opportunities across private practices, community health organizations, and health systems.

## What they're looking for

- Execute integrated campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content, and partners, selecting channels by audience and opportunity
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning and differentiation into compelling campaign messaging
- Collaborate with Field Marketing to link events to targeted outreach, meeting generation, and prompt follow-up
- 7+ years in B2B marketing, owning software demand generation or growth programs. Outcomes matter more than titles
- Proven pipeline generation record, with clear accountability for targets, program execution, spend, and opportunity outcomes
- Deep demand generation expertise across paid acquisition, ABM, or lifecycle marketing, effectively combining channels
