## About the role

We’re hiring a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for North America. Supported by Heidi’s central finance team, you’ll work closely with regional leadership to bring financial rigor to the region and giving NA leadership a finance partner they can trust for forecast accuracy and clear answers, in their own timezone.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in strong commercial finance and/or FP&A business partnering experience, ideally supporting a Sales or GTM organization
- Comfortable partnering with Sales/RevOps leadership on commissions, forecasting and pipeline-linked economics
- Experience owning spend or expense controls in a way that supports the business rather than only governing it
- Comfortable directing (not necessarily performing) US and Canadian statutory and sales tax compliance through external advisers
- Experience in a multi-entity or multi-currency business
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy, NA-hours, in a small global finance team
