Manage the planning and execution of major internal communications programs, including Helion’s weekly newsletter and monthly company town halls Own the internal communications calendar and serve as air traffic control for inbound communications requests, helping teams align timing, audiences, channels, and priorities

- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with demonstrated experience adapting content for different executives, audiences, and communications channels
- Experience independently managing recurring communications programs and complex projects with multiple contributors and deadlines
- Strong organizational and project-management skills, with an ability to build practical systems that improve team coordination and execution
- Strong judgment when working with sensitive or confidential information and the ability to recognize when issues should be escalated
