## About the role

Helion's pace depends on electrical teams that ship hardware fast without ever compromising safety at multi-megajoule energies. As a manager, you build and lead the team designing the pulsed-power circuits at the core of the machine — capacitor banks, switching, and protection. Your job is to make that team excellent: to grow engineers, set technical direction, and turn ambitious designs into commissioned hardware. Own technical direction, execution, and delivery for your team's hardware.

## What they're looking for

- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Significant electrical engineering experience, including power electronics or high-voltage circuit design
- People leadership experience (typically 2+ years managing engineers), and a track record of delivering complex electrical hardware
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to lead engineers who are experts in their domains
- Experience with pulsed power, capacitor banks, or high-voltage systems, and with fast-paced hardware development or early-stage team-building, is an asset
