## What they're looking for

- 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal, in a legal operations role, or in a similar function within an in-house legal department or law firm
- Strong project management instincts, you track moving pieces, own timelines, follow through without needing to be prompted
- Demonstrated experience building or improving legal processes, workflows, or systems, and a genuine enthusiasm for making things run better
- Familiarity with commercial contract terms (SaaS, vendor, and services agreements) and comfort applying contracting playbooks, with the judgment to know when to escalate to an attorney
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent matters and shifting priorities without dropping the ball
- Clear, proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and knows when to escalate vs. run with something independently
