## About the role

Hello Heart is looking for a Deputy General Counsel, Product to provide pragmatic, strategic, and scalable legal guidance across our product portfolio, including our Food and Drug Administration-cleared heart monitor, mobile app, AI-powered health insights, and AI medication assistant.

## What they're looking for

- Strong AI fluency, with the ability to use AI tools and agent-based workflows to improve legal research, risk assessment, drafting, process design, and cross-functional execution
- Experience advising on product development, regulatory submissions, technology-related legal matters, and consumer-facing product disclosures, terms of service, and risk mitigation strategies of varying complexity
- Experience with Food and Drug Administration-regulated software, Software as a Medical Device, or digital health products strongly preferred.m
- Experience drafting and advising on terms of service, disclosures, disclaimers, consent language, notices, and other consumer-facing legal documentation in regulated healthcare or technology environments
- Juris Doctor from an accredited United States law school and active license in good standing with a state bar
- Growth-minded and able to quickly absorb new information, internalize feedback, and apply sound judgment in evolving regulatory environments
