Searching for an energetic, assertive and results driven Sales Director, Health Plan Growth to join our dynamic team of sales individuals. Reporting to the SVP of Health Plan Growth , you are responsible for business development/sales activities across targeted Regional and National Health Payers .

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of demonstrated Business Development or Management Consulting experience in the Health Plan /Medicare space
- A demonstrated track record where you have consistently met or exceeded annual quota
- Demonstrated success leveraging an enterprise selling sales methodology to qualify opportunities and increase win rates
- Experience and success in end-to-end partnerships by developing an overall strategy to build/maintain pipelines and executing through prospecting, relationship building, pitching, and contracting
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
- Fluency in relationship-building, particularly with key decision-makers and influencers
