## About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to own the monthly close process, financial reporting, and technical accounting for a fast-growing business. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, can build scalable processes from scratch, and is comfortable operating without a fully mature back office.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including manufacturing or industrial environments
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong US GAAP knowledge, especially revenue recognition, leases, and cost accounting
- A track record of owning full-cycle close and financial reporting
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment where you'll help define the process
- Experience with various financial systems such as Office, Netsuite, Ramp, FloQast, etc
