## About the role

This role will drive an integrated digital thread across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance while ensuring our systems, data, and processes remain scalable as our programs and operations grow. The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise systems, and architecture expertise with a deep understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing workflows.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of experience across digital transformation, enterprise systems, engineering/manufacturing systems, enterprise architecture, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience leading complex digital transformation initiatives within engineering, manufacturing, product development, or similarly technical environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems and digital ecosystems, including PLM, ERP, MES, integrations, data, analytics, and enterprise architecture
- Experience designing and improving cross-system business processes, digital workflows, system integrations, APIs, data models, and system-of-record strategies
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous operational challenges into scalable processes, technical requirements, architectures, roadmaps, and execution plans
