About Us: We are Hestus, and we build AI-powered CAD to speed up the hardware development process. Our team is small, scrappy, and growing fast. We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Software Engineer to join us. If you like to own problems end-to-end and are passionate about technology, we want to hear from you!

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years building and shipping production software
- Deep proficiency in Python and experience designing backend services that scale (e.g., Django, Flask, SQL)
- Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
- Track record of owning systems end-to-end and making sound architectural tradeoffs with limited direction
- Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of raising the technical bar of the teams you work with
