## About the role

Hexagon is seeking a motivated and analytical Clinical Scientist to join our team. This role will focus on providing clinical scientific expertise and data analysis for our lead ADC programs. Reporting to the Head of Clinical/CMO, the Clinical Scientist will support clinical trial design, contribute to study-related documentation development and execution, and perform detailed medical and scientific data reviews on clinical data for internal and safety review committee reviews.

## What they're looking for

- PhD, PharmD or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant scientific field is desirable (e.g., Biology, Pharmacology, Immunology, or related discipline)
- 7+ years of industry experience in clinical development overseeing clinical study execution, with a focus on oncology
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex clinical data to drive scientific insights
- Solid understanding of clinical trial design, GCP/ICH guidelines, and regulatory documentation requirements
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth biotechnology environments
