## About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Enterprise Marketing to build and lead HeyGen’s enterprise marketing motion, with an initial focus on helping us win the world’s largest and most strategic companies. HeyGen already has significant organic adoption inside many of the world’s largest enterprises. Our next opportunity is to turn that awareness and usage into deep, strategic enterprise relationships — while proactively breaking into the high-value accounts we want to win.

## What they're looking for

- 8–12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful experience marketing to large enterprise customers and several years operating at a senior leadership level
- A strong track record building and executing account-based marketing / strategic account programs that generated measurable enterprise pipeline and revenue
- Experience working with high-ACV, complex enterprise sales motions involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- Deep understanding of modern ABM tactics: targeted paid media, personalized content and experiences, executive programs, field marketing, direct mail/gifting, intent signals, and buying-committee engagement
- Extremely strong partnership instincts with Sales. You think in terms of shared accounts and shared revenue outcomes, not Marketing vs. Sales metrics
- Highly creative marketer who can figure out how to get the attention of a Fortune 500 executive rather than simply running the standard B2B playbook
