## About the role

We are looking for a Creative Talent & Community Partnerships Lead to build relationships with creative professionals and communities and help us attract exceptional talent across content, production, and storytelling. You will own creative talent sourcing, community partnerships, and recruiting events for roles such as content creators, on-camera talent, animators, screenwriters, directors, editors, and other creative specialists.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in creative recruiting, talent partnerships, community, casting, production, or creator relations
- Strong understanding of creative roles and the ability to assess relevant portfolios and experience
- Experience building relationships with creative professionals, communities, agencies, or studios
- Strong sourcing, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple talent searches and partnerships at the same time
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
