## About the role

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Director, Tax & Treasury to build and lead our global tax and treasury function as we continue to scale at an unprecedented pace.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, treasury, or finance leadership
- CPA required, MST or other advanced tax credential preferred
- Combination of Big 4 public accounting and in-house technology company experience strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in U.S. corporate taxation, ASC 740, international tax, transfer pricing, and indirect tax
- Experience leading treasury operations, cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships
- Strong understanding of multinational corporate structures and global finance operations
