## About the role

Higgsfield is seeking a Legal Business Partner to serve as a key legal partner to our Marketing team. This role sits within the company's commercial legal function, supporting B2C sales, strategic partnerships, and other initiatives across a rapidly growing global business. You will also help build and optimize our contracting processes and controls to keep pace with accelerating revenue and business growth.

## What they're looking for

- 6-8 years of legal experience, including substantial experience negotiating and advising on commercial and license agreements
- Combination of top law firm and in-house experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong business judgment with the ability to provide practical, actionable advice
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a fast-moving, demanding environment. This role will handle a high volume of contracts
