Run the full payroll cycle for the TOO: salaries, bonuses, vacation pay, sick leave, severance, per diems Calculate and control IPN (individual income tax), OPV and OPVR (pension contributions), SO (social contributions), VOSMS and OOSMS (medical insurance), and social tax; apply statutory deductions

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years specifically in payroll (not general accounting that happened to include payroll)
- Solid command of the Kazakhstan Labour Code and Tax Code as they apply to payroll, including current rates and thresholds
- Track record of filing Form 200.00 cleanly — no corrections, no penalties
- 1C: ZUP / 1C: Accounting for Kazakhstan, at a level where you can configure earning types yourself
- Attention to detail and willingness to own the number that lands in someone's account
- Fluent Russian and English
