## What they're looking for

- Qualified lawyer with 6+ years of experience, including meaningful time as product counsel or technology/IP counsel at a fast-moving tech company (in-house) or advising tech clients at a top firm
- Strong grounding in at least two of: intellectual property, privacy/data protection, consumer protection, content/platform regulation
- Hands-on experience drafting and maintaining user-facing terms and policies for a consumer or platform product
- Proven ability to give fast, practical, risk-weighted advice to non-lawyers in a shipping-focused environment
- Experience working with international/cross-border legal questions for a global user base
- Excellent written and spoken English — you'll draft user-facing documents and advise the team in English daily
