## What they're looking for

- Founding or early-operator experience. You've spent years trying to build something of your own. You know what it's like to own an outcome when nobody hands you a spec
- Shipped a B2B or Enterprise product at scale, ideally from zero or near-zero. You've built the workspace, the admin, the SSO, the billing, and you've sat across from real buyers to know why each one mattered
- Comfortable owning both self-serve growth mechanics and top-down enterprise motion. You don't treat product-led and sales-led as different jobs
- Strong technical judgment. You can reason about auth models, permission systems, tenancy, and API surfaces without needing an engineer to translate
- You measure in revenue, seats, and cycle time, not features shipped. You can defend a scope cut to Sales and a pilot commitment to Engineering in the same afternoon
