## About the role

Higgsfield AI is opening a brand-new San Francisco office, and we’re looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to help bring it to life. You’ll own the day-to-day workplace experience and help build an office that feels welcoming, high-energy, and distinctly Higgsfield. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who loves creating great experiences, moves quickly, and notices what needs to be done before being asked.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, People Operations, facilities, or a similar role
- Strong ownership and the ability to independently run a fast-moving office
- A hospitality mindset and genuine excitement about creating an exceptional employee and guest experience
- Experience managing vendors, workplace programs, events, onboarding logistics, and office operations
- Excellent organization, judgment, communication, and attention to detail
- Comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done
