Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Studio's authoring workflow: 2D and 3D editing through plan, elevation, and option management at catalog scale. Run discovery with drafters and the internal teams who live in Studio daily, watching how they work, not collecting requests off a call.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience on modern software products
- A track record shipping complex, interactive applications with measurable impact, ideally authoring tools, editors, or design software
- Technical fluency you use directly: you read the architecture, reason about the data model, and make tradeoffs with engineering instead of routing them back
- The judgment to separate defects that erode trust in a tool from ones that are cosmetic
- Experience prototyping to validate ideas quickly using tools like Cursor, Replit, or v0.dev
- Clear communication across engineering, design, and business audiences, and the ability to articulate a hard tradeoff and build consensus behind it
