## About the role

As a Principal Payments Product Manager at HighRadius, you will own the end-to-end strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for our next-generation B2B merchant card processing infrastructure and ACH networks. You will drive the convergence of traditional business payments with enterprise AI automation, enabling Global 2000 clients to optimize transactional cash flow, structurally lower transaction costs, and unify global payment channels.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 8+ years of technical Product Management tenure, with 5+ years dedicated strictly to processing networks, gateway API layout, or complex merchant infrastructure
- Strong relationships with payment partners: Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with payment processors, card networks, and acquiring banks to optimize platform breadth and economics
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to effectively collaborate across sales, marketing, consulting, and support teams to align product strategy with organizational goals
- Core Profile DNA: High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) capable of productively reconciling different priorities among fast-paced commercial targets, stable engineering sprints, and rigid compliance constraints
